At a baby shower and there are these awesome paper pom poms that sounded so amazing when you dragged them over your hand, like wind rustling stiff grass or dry leaves. On a music tour mostly travelling along the volga river and stopping at various places on the way. Captured on portable cassette recorder. Was never told what place this was, just that it was the "little town' and i suspect at this point we were on the oka river. Making whistling sounds with blades of grass. May 1992.

Recording that i took on a mountain in dieng (indonesia). There was this long, strange kind of grass in which the wind sounded amazing. At least i think. :).
